ABOUT US
CIC Research is the world’s leading High Voltage Differential Probe technology company. We are committed to providing the best products through continued research and development and by employing cutting-edge technologies. Our products target alternative clean energy industries, with a focus on power conversion applications and high voltage testing. Companies such as Boeing, General Electric, General Atomics, ABB, Siemens, Toshiba, and John Deere are among our dedicated clients who currently use our products.
We started our business in 1996. Since then, our high voltage differential probes have progressed through several developmental stages, and we are currently marketing the third generation probes, which incorporate our latest technology. Our probes are not copies or inspired by any high voltage differential probes available on the market. They are unique.
We are proud to say we have created a superior product that our customers can really appreciate. The Achilles’ heel of the average high voltage differential probe is its susceptibility to high slew rate common mode transients, which can be relatively low in amplitude yet cause large glitches on the output that do not accurately represent the input signal.
We watched, in various laboratories, engineers and scientists “hunting ghosts” and spending considerable time trying to solve measurement issues arising from the typical common mode sensitivity of standard high voltage differential probes.
TECHNOLOGY AND EMERGING ENERGY
Technology is the key element in our growth. We’re focusing on technologies that improve our chances of developing unique products that have many applications.
We will invest in the development of emerging energy technologies, such as wind and solar power, as well as integrating advanced solar technology into our operations.
ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY
Maintaining a clean and safe environment will be a top priority for our business goal.
OUR WORK
We are aware that the world needs more energy and that the alternative energy market, as well as the electric transportation industry, will grow in the future, and these sectors will require advanced electronic equipment. We intend through our experience and continued R&D to provide this highly needed equipment.
